Facilities are excellent. Rooms well furbished, new and very clean.

You really need a car to enjoy the hotel.

It was a very nice one bedroom apartment in a residential apartment complex. It was beautifully furnished and all new. The recommended a wonderful nearby restaurant that was lovely with great food.

The breakfast provided was packaged breads and cakes rather than a full meal. It was also in a suburban-looking area not particularly scenic.

The residence was very new with large apartments and well equipt kitchens. The owner was very very helpful and the supplied breakfast was handy. You definitely need a car when staying here as it is about a 20 min drive from Sienna.

Everything at this hotel was excellent. The rooms were amazing with nice designed furniture. The hotel staff was happy all the time and very helpful. They always know a perfect place to suggest. So follow their recommendations. The breakfast was served in a very designed place and it was really good (cappuccino was perfect, don't hesitate to ask for a second one). I strongly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely nothing. The only thing that I don't like about this hotel is that it is quite far away from where I stay so I can't visit it as many times as I want

Residence Arianna is a great place to stay when travelling the Toscana region.It's Location - 10 minutes drive from Siena is great for trips all over the area.The Apartment is very big and comfortable. The hotel and the apartment is extremely clean and the design is stylish and trendy. Katherine - the host gave us a warm and welcoming hospitality, was very helpful and personally made sure that all our needs are fulfilled. We enjoyed our stay so much at Arianna's and recommend it to anyone who plan to travel Toscana region in Italy

We loved the spacious one bedroom apartment. It was well designed, comfortable, clean, quiet, and new. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook, and there is a table and chair set for 4. The breakfast was also excellent, and the staff is very friendly and accomodating. The location was ideal for visiting Sienna and San Galgano Abbey ruins, and not too far from other destinations of interest to us: Orvieto, Pienza, and Montepulciano. Our young children were welcome and comfortable there also. And the pool was very nice. This is a place we'd like to return to again.

Free wi-fi would be the only thing we wished we'd had. But the staff was kind enough to look up weather reports for us, area info., etc., so no complaints...

Most things were very good especially the people

I should have realised this was the wrong property in which to live my Tuscan dream...too new...in a suburban new development without a view...could have been anywhere but Tuscany. The daily drive into Siena and elsewhere became just too much and at night without any English language TV other than BBC one couldn't just step outside and be in town and wander about. My mistake too in booking unseen for 7 days. In the end a real problem with booking .com telling the owner i could not leave a day earlier. Very upset about that as we struggled through the last 2 days.

The city of Rosia itself is not really the most attractive one.

We thought Residence Arianna perfect in every way. We are travelling in a car and the location is excellent and convenient to all the attractions of Tuscany. The apartment is new, spacious, clean and with all the best appliances. The pool is large and the pool area private and well designed. To top it all of, the owners and the staff are friendly and made us feel totaly at home. We loved the place and are going back. Incredible value.

Hotel staff were helpful and the owner gave us good tips where to visit in Tuscany. We stayed five days with children (5 and 6), they enjoyed especially the quiet pool - was a bit too deep for the 5 year old, but with swim aids no problem. Good place to stay and make daytrips around Tuscany.

Very nice appartement and very friends nietwaar. Excellent breakfast.
